***Xovo Designs Return & Exchange Policy***
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Xovo Designs wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so we offer our customers 10 days from the day you received your order for any returns or exchanges. If your jewelry is irreparable, we will gladly issue you an entirely new piece. If it is past 10 days of receipt and your merchandise has been damaged and still realistically repairable, we will try our best to fix the item, provided the customer pays for shipping both to us and from us. Please call or write us for a Return Authorization number FIRST. CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR ANY MERCHANDISE AFTER 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT nor for items that have since been discontinued. NOTE: We will only repair damages to loose or broken chains & clasps and missing crystals or pearls.
REQUESTING AN RA # (Return Authorization number)
You can request an RA # by emailing us at info@xovodesigns.com. We must receive the returned items within 20 days of being issued an RA # in order for the product to be returned or exchanged. Please mark the return package with the RA # we provide for you.
When sending your items to us, we STRONGLY advise using an insured, traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express or Insured/SIGNATURE REQUIRED USPS Priority Mail. Please note that Xovo Designs will not assume responsibility for uninsured packages that are lost or stolen in the mail nor will we accommodate any returns or refunds for such items.
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please do the following:
1) Please write the RA number we assign to you somewhere on the box.
2) Please enclose some sort of documentation stating what it is you are returning, why and what action you would like for us to take with your jewelry. Please indicate whether you wish to make an exchange or receive a refund for the original purchase. (Again, please refer to the top of this page regarding time frames to see if you are eligible for complimentary shipping for your replacement/repair.) Under NO condition will Xovo Designs pay for shipping either way once 10 days have past from receipt of items. For exchanges, please indicate what merchandise you would prefer instead.
3) Please pack and seal your returned jewelry and enclose a business card, letterhead or note stating your name, business and any other pertinent information we would need to contact you. Again, if it has passed the 10 day mark, the customer will need to pay for shipping BOTH TO AND FROM Xovo Designs. Your package must be returned to us pre-paid, at no cost to us whatsoever. If you do not include return postage with your RA, please expect to be charged our usual shipping rate.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
Xovo Designs requires a $500 minimum for first-time wholesale orders. Payment by Credit Card is required for all purchases.
